Local Storage Only

The OnPiste extension stores all data locally in your browser using Chrome's storage APIs:

• Extension Settings: Your preferences and configuration
• LLM API Keys: Encrypted and stored in browser local storage
• Conversation History: Stored locally (Premium: optional cloud sync)
• Agent Configuration: Your model selections and settings

Direct LLM Communication

When you use OnPiste, the extension connects directly from your browser to your chosen LLM provider. We never act as a middleman. Your API requests go straight to the provider.

Website Data Collection

Account Information

When you create an account on onpiste.work, we collect:

• Email Address: For account authentication and communication
• Name: Optional, for personalization
• Subscription Status: To manage your plan (Free, Pro, or Max)
• Payment Information: Processed securely by Stripe (we never see card details)

Usage Analytics (Premium Only)
