Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using OnPiste, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Description of Service

OnPiste provides:

• Chrome Extension: A browser automation tool with AI agents
• Website: onpiste.work provides account management, documentation, and optional premium features
• Community: Access to Discord community and support resources

License

Chrome Extension

The OnPiste Chrome extension is available for use. You receive a license to install and use the extension for personal and commercial purposes.

Website Services

The onpiste.work website and its premium features are proprietary. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these services.

User Accounts

When creating an account:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be at least 13 years old
• One person or entity per account
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

Acceptable Use

You May:

• Use OnPiste for legal automation tasks
• Automate your own web activities
• Share and discuss OnPiste in communities

You May NOT:

• Use OnPiste for illegal activities or fraud
• Violate websites' terms of service or robots.txt
• Conduct unauthorized scraping at scale
• Bypass security measures or CAPTCHAs programmatically
• Harass, spam, or harm others
• Reverse engineer our proprietary website services
• Resell or redistribute premium features

Third-Party Services

OnPiste integrates with third-party LLM providers:

• You are responsible for complying with their terms of service
• You bear all costs of API usage with your providers
• We are not liable for third-party service issues
• You maintain direct relationships with these providers

Subscription Plans

Free Plan

The Chrome extension includes basic features with automation tasks. Premium plans offer additional features and support.

Premium Plans (Pro & Max)

• Billed monthly or annually
• Automatically renews unless cancelled
• Cancel anytime from account settings
• Pro-rated refunds not available
• Access continues until end of billing period after cancellation
• Prices subject to change with 30 days notice

Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method. You're responsible for all charges and taxes.

Disclaimers

As-Is Service

OnPiste is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Compatibility with all websites
• Specific results or outcomes
• Accuracy of AI-generated content

AI Limitations

AI agents may make mistakes, misinterpret tasks, or fail to complete them. Always verify important results. We're not liable for decisions made based on AI outputs.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnPiste and its creators shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages from third-party LLM services
• Damages from website access restrictions
• Any amount exceeding fees paid in the last 12 months

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OnPiste from claims arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights.

Intellectual Property

Regarding intellectual property rights:

• OnPiste name, logo, and branding are our trademarks
• Website design and premium features are our property
• User content remains yours
• We have no rights to your automation tasks or data

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these terms
• Engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior
• Pose a security or legal risk

You may delete your account anytime from settings. The Chrome extension continues to work regardless of account status.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced via email or website banner 30 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction.

Disclaimer on Derivative Projects

We explicitly do NOT endorse or support any projects involving cryptocurrencies, tokens, NFTs, or blockchain applications based on OnPiste's code. Such projects are not affiliated with or maintained by the official OnPiste team. We assume no liability for issues arising from third-party derivatives.
